This is not an advertisement for anything except to say stop by and check out the words of encouragement on the Phit Phorum at www.phitcoach.com to be uplifted and encouraged.Just got back from traveling due to a funeral of a friend that passed from an asthma attack. He was only 30. And then, Last night a friend of mine in the church had a heart attack. (Let's see. that makes 2 strokes, a heart attack and a stroke in the last 3 weeks!) And these were all related to the body being deconditioned and in ill repair. The brevity of life.
