Stewardship of the body (your physical body) is one of the most neglected areas in the church. Christians just don"t want to take the effort. I have been a personal trainer for going on 27 years and have helped thousands in person and online get in the shape that God would have them be in. The issue is that the majority of my clients have been the unsaved and un-churched. The saints just don't seem to care... but we are the first to blame God when one of our own dies at an early age. (" I guess God called Him/Her Home...") This is just false! It's like crossing the street. You're supposed to cross at the cross walk. Now if you step of between parked cars or repeatedly play in the street, you're going to get hit by a car. Is that God's fault? Anyway, I am up at this late hour because I have been asking God how to serve the body and encourage them to get in shape so we would be able to carry out the work of the ministry. (You DO KNOW that our bodies are not our own, right?) God showed me very clearly what to do. Give it away! So That's what i am going to do. i don't know for how long, because I believe that a laborer IS TRULY worthy of his hire. But I am giving away enough information to help anyone conquer what ever is holding them back for victory in their physical bodies. Some time ago I wrote a book called "The Absolutely Abominable Abdominal Encyclopedia" and literally thousands picked it up from the UK to Bangladesh (and of course the US). I am offering it to absolutely everyone on this site for what ever you want to pay for it. That's right, a love offering. It is a valuable resource that you will use again and again and hopefully gain victory. In the past it was priced at $25 but whatever you want to give is OK. (NO offering is too small.) I just want to serve the body in an area that we sometimes forget but need to tend to so desperately. GO TO w w w .phitcoach.com and click the book cover on the home page and pick up your copy. I love you all and I hopr you are blessed. Scott G. Smith The PhitCoach aka Soul
