hey ppls
im 17 yrs old and i decided that i was gonna wait till marriage for sex.it aint easy though.i have a question.how hard is it to remain a virgin till marriage?i get tempted alot because sex looks sooooooo fun.lol.and yall cant tell me it dont.lol.i really wanna have sex because thats my natural desire but i wanna be married first.i wanna know is it hard for yall too?what do yall do to supress those urges?

God bless you, and keep on trusting the Lord. That's what I'm doing, and there are other brothers and sisters in Christ who are seeking the Lord as well.


Sometimes it can be HARD, but if you keep your eyes on Jesus and keep on giving all things to Him, staying in the Word, staying focused and busy without allowing your mind to wander, and trusting God to meet your needs, God will bless us for it.


Only Jesus will ever know how strongly I want a Godly Sista on my side, to love her and have a family with her.


But keep on seeking and following the Lord, forget what the haters say, and remember your goals and the fact that God has a plan for you!

Well...I can tell you as I am 32 and single...that everytime I fell off and (aint gonna pretend to be a virgin) went and had sexual relations outside of Christ it was not worth it.The Bible says not to be unevenly yoked...and you discover that after the sex wears off...and you are stuck with someone who is not committed to Christ...let me put it like this...sex is designed to be an expression of love...not just a physical act to relieve tension. I am going to write it again...sex is to be an expression of love not just a physical act to relieve tension...And this is an important fact that you will miss..if you begin to let your eyes see pornography...and your ears be decieved with  the word of the flesh....that states you cant help but sin against God...trust me as a man exposed to all of the worst things at an early age...I have had to undo some really bad thinking with the Word of God over the years so please pay attention...  it would have been far better to wait until marriage than to sin sexually.....we are a 3 part being and God says to avoid sexual sin for a reason...we are supposed to walk in the spirit...and it is much harder to walk in the spirit...when you have given your flesh what it desires(outside of marriage better known as the order of God)....bringing me to my favorite verse...Genesis 4:7....Sin is waiting to attack and destroy you, and you must subdue it(nlt) it is much harder to subdue sin (trust me) if you have allowed yourself to sin sexually.....so practice fasting...and dont think you are too young to do or practice any of this..some of the greatest preachers this generation has known started out at 17 with a full commitment to Christ....


...the Bible goes contrary to the word currently being promoted by the world...they lie and tell you that you cant help doing certain things....they want that to be true to justify the things that they do...but if you walk maturely..not as defined by the world ...but as an imitator of God walk justly...let your yes be yes and your no be no...honest paying all your debts...take your example not from man...but imitate God.....and dont worry when they say...you cant do that....or you think you are too good for us...I tell you the truth when folk look down thier nose at you thinking you are missing out on what is "really going on"..they are the ones who are foolish...and after they have done things the wrong way...and you walk the same time period the right way they will look at you and if they witness your testimony...they will wish they would have walked as cleanly as you did....amen...

yeah man.watching that porn will have your head messed up!!!they be doing it in all kinds of positions.lol.now you'll be walking around with that stuffed etched in your memory and you are trying everything you can to get it off and not fall back.i hope yall remain strong.cause i cant imagine being 32 and still remaing celebate.i'll mess around and start a shooting rampage.lol.all i can say is that when i do find a wife she'll have the best sex ever cuz ima freak.lol.but on a serious note.

You are17 years old.


That's the age when your hormones are racing.


If Christ can keep you from having sex right now; when you get married, Christ can keep you married for the rest of your life!


 


Think about this.


When you have sex with someone, you create a spiritual tie or a spiritual bond with that person.


Once you have created this spiritual bond; if you ever have to break up with that person, it will feel like your tongue is stuck to a frozen poll & you are trying to pull it off! You will end up leaving a piece of your soul; stuck on that person's soul, forever!


Breaking that bond, can devastate you both physically & emotionally.


 


God created sex as a spiritual bond between a man & his wife.


Don't bond yourself with anyone you don't want to marry. Don't bond yourself  with anyone you don't want to be with for the rest of your life! The result will be devastating! Harmful! Suicidal! Painful!


 


God does not want you to go through this!


Wait until God shows you who to marry. That is always the best way.


 


Also; every time you have sex with someone, you loose a little bit of your ability to bond with your marriage partner. After having sex with multiple partners, sex begins to lose its bonding ability. So by the time you get married, sex no longer has the ability to hold your marriage together; because, you have given yourself away to so many people. You will end up going to your marriage bed with all those people attached to your soul.


Read Jaunita Bynum's Book "No More Sheets" It goes into more details.


You don't want to do this to yourself or to your soul mate.


 


So wait until you get married before you have sex.


This is God's perfect plan for your life.


Anything else will damage you.


 


If you have already had multiple sex partners, be encouraged!


God can cleanse you & make you brand new.


Just flee from sex & sin no more. God will make you whole again and bond you to the person of your dreams. I am whiteness!
