O.K. Jensemil, I figured it out.


Step #1: login


Step #2: Post New Message


Step #3: Put a Check mark in box near bottom that says ' Add Poll'


Step #4: Fill in Topic line


Step #5: Click on Post


From there, it is self-explanatory and you will be walked through a number of steps to set up your poll.
