this is the very "unedited version" that i've yet to go over and clean up the slang, please excuse.okay, when i wuz baptized in da HOLY GHOST, this is in my testimony too, this part... anyhoo, while the HOLY GHOST wuz submersing me in His awesome wonder and power and giving me the most intense experience of my life (way mo' than even when i used to mix all kinds of drugs together, like crack, coke, weed, alcohol, ecstasy, dust, pills, etc), i saw flaming tongues of fire inside my head, dozens of em, flying around in circles in my head very, very fast, like on a race car trike, and i heard them all too speaking in different languages i didnt know, all so fast, it wuz very intense, and holy and beautiful, and i had remembered readin about tongues from the Bible, so i wuz like 'dis is awesome! i'm finna speak in tongues! dis is what its like!' :-D so i opened my mouth, waitin for da HOLY GHOST to make me speak those tongues. needless to say i sat lookin stupid for a couple seconds wit my mouf wide open waitin for da HOLY GHOST to take over, LOL! i wuz so high in da Spirit tho, it didnt phase me, i juz went on praizing God, breathin in da Holy Spirit of God! ... so about 6 weeks later, i learned dat da reason i aint speak in tongues dat nyte wuz becuz i expected da HOLY GHOST to do it for me! i then learned dat HOLY GHOST cannot MAKE anyone do anythang, He can only "unction" peeps to do thangs u know. like when i got saved, da HOLY GHOST drew me in, tuggin at me heart, but i still had to verbally confess wit my mouf to receive Him, to receive my salvation and surrender to Him, nah mean? same thang wit my baptism, He came a knockin at my heart, i literally thought i wuz gon have a heart attack, lol, no lie, i asked God to slow down on me a couple times! but had i not got into my wife's car alone, and surrendered to God and told Him dat i wanted whatever He had for me, dat i surrender to Him, and told Him to go ahead an baptize me in His Spirit, it neva would have happened. i would juz stayed feelin like i wuz gon have a heart attack, lol, iggin da HOLY GHOST....SOOO... when i learned dat, i wuz readin an email my spiritual mama wrote, and at da end of it, she wrote "in the Name of Jesus, your tongue is released!" i wuz at work at da time, and when i read dat, da HOLY GHOST started knockin on me heart once again. He's only done dat same tuggin 3 times in my whole life, dats how i know its Him and how i know it sumfin surious, lol. He tugged me da same kinda way ryte before i got saved, ryte before i got baptized in da HOLY GHOST, and ryte before i spoke in tongues fo da first time. it wuz by far da most intense unctioning when He baptized me in da HOLY GHOST, then secondly when i got saved, and least intense at work, before speakin in tongues. but it wuz still Him, i knew Him, so i went to da bafroom to be alone wit Him. (speakin of, those 3 milestones in my Walk, have all been juz me in God. i got saved alone on my homies front porch, while he wuz sleep, i wuz baptized in da HOLY GHOST alone in my wifes car outside (cuz da kids were too distracting inside), and i spoke in tongues da first time alone in da bafroom at work! lol)... but yeah, so i went in therre, again, did da same thang, juz tellin God i wanted whatever He had for me, dat i surrendered to Him, dat He could impart dat gift of tongues to me, and again, da tongues came up in my head, not NEARLY as intense da nyte i wuz baptized in da HOLY GHOST, but they were still therre again. so dis time, i basically tried to match da tongues dat wuz flowin inside me, wit my tongue. and i even had to stop myself 3 times and start over, cuz da first three times, it wuz kinda weird to me, cuz i sounded retarded, LOL. and wuz self conscious hearin myself like dat u know, lol. but on like da 3rd time, i aint even worry bout it and let da Holy Ghost do His thang, and they juz came a flowin like a river. it wuz a very intimate moment wit me and God, it wuz again, very Holy and very beautiful. it wuz as if da Spirit of God inside me wuz speakin fo me, prayin the wonders of God to da Father. i guess like when Jesus prayed to da Father, it wuz like da HOLY GHOST inside me wuz prayin to da Father, juz usin my tongue! LOL, dats Awesome!!!! :-D anyhoo, so i been prayin in tongues since, dat wuz prolly in April or May, cuz i know i wuz baptized in da HOLY GHOST in March, 2003. :-) so dats da story mang, hope dat blessed ya.as Jesus used to say, in only takes"a mustard seed of faith", and that "nothing is impossible to him who believes". i believed wholeheartedly that this gift is available for ALL Christians, and also as Jesus said, that if we earthlyfathers know how to give good gifts to our children, how much more will our heavenly Father giveus the Holy Spirit. :-)
